Earnings Guide is a calendar. It shows when companies report, what the market has priced into their options, and how their shares traded around the print. It does not tell anyone what to do about any of it.

The operator is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Central Bank of Ireland, or any other financial regulator, and is not registered as an investment adviser in any jurisdiction. No regulated activity is carried on here: the site gives no advice, manages no money, holds no client assets, receives no orders and executes no trades.
Not investment advice
Everything shown is general information about publicly listed companies and publicly quoted markets. None of it is tailored to anyone's circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance or tax position, and none of it takes account of whether a given instrument is suitable or appropriate for the person reading it. It is not a personal recommendation within the meaning of MiFID II, and it must not be relied on as one.

No trading recommendations
This site publishes no buy, sell or hold calls, no price targets, no valuation verdicts, and no view on whether any instrument is cheap or expensive. An earlier version of the board carried an experimental "Suggestions" view that scored option prices against a statistical forecast of the move. That view has been withdrawn and is not served.
Two things you will still see are not our opinions:
- Options figures — the implied move, straddle prices, strikes and expiries are quoted market data, reported as they stand. Stating the price of a contract is not a view on whether to trade it.
- Reddit sentiment — the "WSB" reading on a tile is an aggregate of what accounts on r/wallstreetbets have posted in the last 72 hours, classified automatically. It is a summary of other people's chatter, attributed as such. It is not our view, it is not researched, it is frequently wrong, and it should not inform any decision.
Affiliate links and how this site is paid for
Some outbound links to research tools and data providers are affiliate links. If you follow one and subscribe, this site may receive a commission or referral fee from that company.
- Affiliate links are labelled as such at the point where they appear. You are never asked to follow one to use the board.
- The price you pay is the same whether you arrive through a link here or go to the provider directly. Commission is paid by the provider out of its own revenue.
- A commercial relationship never changes what the board shows. Tiles, figures, ordering and filters are computed from market data alone, and no company can pay to appear on, or be removed from, the calendar.
- This site takes no payment from any broker, exchange, market maker or issuer, and carries no paid placements or sponsored tiles.

Market data — sources, delays and errors
Data is aggregated from third parties and passed through largely as received. Sources: earnings calendar from Finnhub; quotes, charts, option chains and call schedules from Yahoo Finance and Alpaca; social chatter from the public Reddit API, classified with a large language model.
- Prices are delayed and are not a live quote. Nothing here is a real-time feed, and nothing here is executable. Never use a number on this page as the price of a trade.
- Report dates and call times change, sometimes with no notice, and the calendar can be stale or plain wrong.
- Option figures are derived from quoted bids and asks, which on thin strikes may be wide, indicative, or absent altogether.
- Historical reaction statistics describe what happened before. They carry no information about what will happen next.
No warranty is given that anything here is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose. Errors, gaps and outages should be expected.
Risk
Investing puts your capital at risk; you can lose money, and you can lose all of it. Options and other derivatives carry additional risk and can lose their entire value quickly, including on a single earnings report — which is precisely the event this site is about. Past performance, and past reactions to past earnings, do not predict future results.
